Privacy statement
Last updated on 7 November 2026. This statement covers the FRONIQ website and your contact with FRONIQ. Each FRONIQ product has its own privacy policy, which applies to the use of that product.
Who we are
FRONIQ is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) based at Vondelstraat 151, 6512 BD Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 74663259. FRONIQ is the controller for the data in this statement. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to support@froniq.nl.
Products
FRONIQ develops and maintains its own software products. Each product has its own privacy policy that explains which data the product processes, why and for how long. Those policies apply to the use of the product, this statement applies to everything else.

Visiting this website
When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit, the page you request and your browser. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not keep visitor statistics and do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
The website uses two functional cookies. The session cookie keeps the website working and secure and expires after 7 days. The language cookie remembers your language and expires after 1 year. The language button on this website also stores your choice in your own browser. That choice is not sent to us.
Contact by email
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to answer your question. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your question, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact.
Our administration
For customers and suppliers of FRONIQ we keep the business and contact details needed for agreements, invoices and payments. We keep financial records for 7 years, because Dutch law requires it.
Who receives data
We do not sell data. We only share it with the parties we need to run FRONIQ.

Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, ask us to restrict its use, or ask for a copy you can use elsewhere. Where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can object to that at any time. Send your request to support@froniq.nl. We respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Legal basis
We process data for agreements to perform those agreements, financial records because the law requires it, and data from website visits and email contact on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website and in answering questions.
Changes
If we change this statement, the new date appears at the top. This statement is also available in Dutch. If the two versions differ, the Dutch version applies.
