IzabellaThe digital marketing colleague for businesses
Izabella takes care of a company’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram. She writes and designs posts in the company’s own tone of voice and style, and presents each one to the business owner via WhatsApp for approval.
How it works
From idea to post in three steps.
- 01Writes and designs posts based on the client’s profile and brand style.
- 02Presents every post via WhatsApp for approval.
- 03Publishes the approved version on LinkedIn or Instagram at a suggested time.
Channels
WhatsApp to approve. LinkedIn and Instagram to publish.
- WhatsAppThe only place where the business owner deals with Izabella. No new app and no login.
- LinkedInA post only goes online after approval of exactly that version.
- InstagramPosts and visuals follow the company’s own design system.
Data
Every version is on record.
For every post Izabella keeps the versions, the approval, and the model and prompt version that produced it. The company sees how its own posts perform.
Control and privacy
Built to the platforms’ rules from day one.
- Open about AIIzabella writes with AI. A draft can contain mistakes, so every post can be changed before it is approved.
- Minimal permissionsIzabella only asks for permission to post on behalf of a page and to read that page’s posts and statistics.
- Connected with consentOnly an administrator can connect a page, through the official LinkedIn or Meta login and after an explanation of which data is used. The connection can be revoked at any time.
- Limited retentionCopies of the page’s posts are kept for six months and statistics per post for one year. Profiles and comments of people who react are never stored. When a connection ends, the data is deleted within ten days.
- No other useData from LinkedIn and Instagram is never used to train AI or sent to the language model, and is not used for advertising, sales or recruitment.
- Platform termsIzabella follows the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, Marketing API Terms and Developer AI Policy, and the Meta Platform Terms.
